First of all let’s welcome 2017! We all made me and we all definitely went through monumental changes that have pushed us to a new and exciting year. So you will not hear from me “ New Year, New Me” bull crap that most people do say on this blog because it really does not hold any value. Do not just say it and not do anything...just do it and move forward. Silent moves tend to be the best moves these days! Anyway, As I have always stated I am no way an expert I just share my thoughts and experiences in hopes to help others. We are all put on this earth to learn something from each other and grow in the most natural way. This month is all about a certain newness not just in feeling but thinking too! The good and the bad that we experienced in 2016 should of shaken us something fierce to make an inward and outward change. This month’s topic is heavily load and brings many things to mind in looking for an overall balance. So to make it more simplified breaking it down into three subtopics:
The Redesign of You- growing up my grandmother heard from a great man about change that occurs every 7 years. Everyday should invoke some type of change regardless of the size. Meditate on the changes and watch it manifest on the physical plane for a stronger you. We are destined to change to our highest level of greatness and cannot stop the process of it happening. In redesigning of yourself, you have to be willing to accept that control is an illusion and only you can reformat yourself. Outside obstacles will trigger you to make some internal changes. It gets to a point where you can no longer afford to walk around blinded by the pseudo-expectations of the carnal world in which you live in. Breaking down those unrealistic expectations and flowing more with the universe shows you. I am always reminded of the scripture “ be in the world but not of it.” You have to look at the two worlds inside and outside of you and understanding how much change needs to take place. We have had the experience of being uncomfortable and how it pushes us to move but the direction is not always clear. Of course the idea is to move towards those things that are positive and causes your light to shift higher and brighter. We can get glimpse here and there to prepare us to get us to our next level. Some may even be intimidated of their future self. Fear of yourself-the potentiality can only be delayed for so long but eventually will be birthed under some kind of tension. By psychoanalyzing the non-working angles to make them more workable in your daily life. In formulating a workable list it allows the opportunity to transform your darkness and coordinating positive facilities to start the process of undoing and gaining new healthy patterns.
Understanding Your Geometric Puzzle- our puzzle is never the same as another person’s. It is shaped by our victories, disappointments and numerous trials and tribulations from a small to a large scale. The shape solely depends on how you view yourself so the possibilities are endless but that is up to you. The key factor is understanding the significance in the form and how strongly it will influence you to make changes. Imagine holding your puzzle in your hands and being able to manipulate it to fit all the great intentions and motivations you want for yourself. You see your puzzle does not always have to be flat, it can be any shape you want it to be because it is yours. Some parts may seem clear or cloudy because within your puzzle there has to be balance. Being composed of both light and dark creates a level of uniqueness in and out of you. Accepting all angles regardless of how sharp and dull in appearance it may be. Reminds me of something one of my trainers said “ clear as mud.” In that oxymoron we know mud is not clear but we are aware of its consistency and the contents it is made of or we have a slight idea. We know at times things will be thick and others will appear thin. Your puzzle is unique just like the data contained in your DNA. No one can influence your puzzle besides the Big Guy upstairs but that is a different conversation. A few things to keep in mind:
Learning the idea of measuring your potentiality to your own realistic standards.
Deconstructing your human vices and knowing what your triggers are through observation.
Spiritual enhancing your puzzle board to gain more clarity and peace.
If it does not fit….it is not your piece! Do not force it!
Protecting your puzzle-what type of defense do you use?
Introducing a newness into your life and positive acceptance of self.
Disconcerting Puzzles Pieces- We all have a tendency to think that certain people, places and things that come to us is meant to fit perfectly and that’s what i disappointing because of the level of unspoken expectation we have. It gets to the point where you have to come to an understanding that you are going to encounter is not meant to fit but to teach. Life presents us with teachable moments but it is up to us to know when that moment comes and not chalk it up as something else or paint it as another thing. The things that are forced never truly tend to workout as they should. There is always a natural order to things that cannot be controlled. Interesting enough there are always pieces that are meant to love or times hurt us to invoke some type of mental change. Like it has been said everything happens in the mind. We have to be consciously clear that some things just do not work out because they are not apart of the puzzle. We get angry or even upset at whatever situation occurred and then trying to compartmentalize why things did not pan out. Also think about this before you go:
What recognizable pieces work for you? (familiarity)
Knowing the fact that you will have certain pieces that will work against you.
Realizing those pieces that are fear-based vs love-based.
The true balancing act- weighing the value of all presented pieces.
Establishing a toleration level: attitude vs aptitude!
Are you creating space for the most worthy pieces?
