Hey Everyone! I have been meaning to put this out for awhile but life as we know gets a little bit crazy and super busy. Some of us have grown up with our mothers having plants in the home and just thought it was just for mere decoration. Well as I got older and more into my spirituality I realized that not only do plants keep the air in your home clean but also lets you know how the good the energy is and each plant as a particular meaning. One plant that was gifted to me by my mother is the aloe vera. While it does have healing properties and preserves the elasticity of the skin it also has a protective, cleansing and good luck spiritual energies.

So in doing some research I came across some interesting findings. The first thing was of course that green correlates with the Heart Chakra ( for a list of plants check out www.healthfoodsoul.com for more information!) It is not a coincidence that when you need a boost of energy the first thing would be is to go outside and walk in the grass, view nature etc- if you have not tired it I HIGHLY recommend it! Plants also reminds us the cycle of life and how balanced nature truly is. If your plants are thriving then that is a good sign! A certain level of care is required in taking care of plants and realizing when adjustments need to be made. Here are some other things to consider:

1. Be Adaptable- change is inevitable!

2. Pay Attention To Your Body ( plants are a reflection of you!)

3. Letting Go- when the leaves fall off it has served its purpose and allows for new growth.

4. Patience- small things take time to grow into big things.

5. Expand- you are dynamic and should welcome newness.

6. We Can Always Start Over- plants may show how painful endings can be but also show how beautiful new beginnings are.

So here is your mission: whether you go to Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, garden spot etc. see what plants you gravitate towards and then look up the meaning. I know you will be surprised at what you find! On that note always remember to be kind and #LiveLifePositive
