Good Morning or Good afternoon depending where you are in the world! Just wanted to share some thoughts that came up when I was listen to Joanna The Medium on Youtube. I highly recommend her because she does trigger you to think a little bit deeper and her energy is quite pleasant. So when you get a chance definitely tune into her. Anywho, while I was listening to her she talked about being vulnerable and consciously tending to your garden and removing the weeds. Her whole explanation provided a very solid point. Those that garden like my mother she always knows how to identify which ones are flowers and the ones that are the weeds. Her experience in gardening helps her tremendously in creating a thriving and healthy garden.
Joanna explained that we have to allow ourselves to be vulnerable with ourselves. It is that deep level of honesty that requires us to do it several times and not just a one time thing. We are evolving everyday so constant maintenance of our garden is necessary. In that vulnerability some may see all flowers or all weeds it really depends on the person. However, a person that takes their time, acknowledges their thoughts, tap into their energy and really begin to "see" will be able to successfully remove those toxic weeds. We all know what weeds can do: brings you down to a low vibration, fear will try to set in, worried about the opinions of others, feeling inadequate etc. Weeds start out small but can grow of course if not taken care of. So with that being said attack the issue head on when it is small and manageable. The level of your vulnerability dictates how well your able to identify the weeds. Allow yourself to be open and to transform your garden into exactly what you desire it to be. It is more than OK to be vulnerable because your gaining insight on you. A lot of truth can be found within you just have to take the time ( or make the time) to study yourself and see what is healthy for you and also see where the life changes need to happen. Remember to always be kind to others and yourself and to #LiveLifePositive
