Shallow Victory: What Will It Cost You?

Hey everyone! Hope you are enjoying June and the warm weather that it brings. To cut to the chase:
to say that there is a price on everything would not be far from from truth but it also depends on who you talk to or what you are doing. In this world some individuals will solely focus on the monetary gain and ignore all the other things that are important. There is nothing wrong with having goals and aspirations but to do so with a compassionate consciousness. We all think that at any given point that no one works harder than you do but in actuality there is no outer competition only inner competition with yourself. I love to hear the phrase " I like to bet on my self!" because if you succeed then it's on you or if you fail it's on you. The disappointment and heart aches falls on you but with the right way of positive thinking that can be used to fuel you even more. To strive to be better than what you currently are takes a certain strength and courage that few want to do. We live in a society where the mindset is that certain things should be given verses putting in the actual work. To take this to a different perspective, people will come into our lives to challenge and awaken us but there are few people that you will come across that will change the very foundation of who you are and to assist you in what you may become. We tend to look at the surface of a person first because that is what is presented. However, if we take a few more moments to actually take in the person as a whole and look at the subtle details. Next thing is to ask yourself some questions like: how does this person feel to me? What lessons do or will they bring? What does my spirit say? etc. And as you are having a conversation continue to feel and sense your way thru the individual. The other thing I would like to touch base on is the fact you do not have screw over or treat someone badly to get ahead in life. It should always be in the back of your mind that "karma has great memory whether is good or bad." The sense of a shallow victory to me ( maybe different for you) is when you have to do everything but the right thing to achieve/ pursue a goal/idea you had/have in mind. All things do not require you to get dirty but should require you to be smart and try other methods without your integrity or character being compromised. You know the saying " A win is a win" but at what cost? How low did you have to go to win? What part of yourself did you sacrifice? To sacrifice you lose something to gain something in the end but you have to ask yourself ultimately "was it worth it? " Everything we do in life can weigh heavily on your conscious so ask yourself " how heavy do you want to walk in this life? " In avoiding a shallow victory depends it on you. If the victory was won on having a very positive and high vibe then that will provide you with a blueprint for success and a influx abundance coming to you. However, if that is not the case then enjoy the fruits while you can because Karma eventually kicks in and there is a price to be paid in some type of form. It is all the better to be mindful of not only how you treat yourself but others too. People are not disposable and are never meant to be used in any form. People are meant to be love, cherished and held to a higher standard. Even if someone deserves to be treat in a fashion make a choice to do the opposite. Do not treat people that God/Source/ Universe sent to be a blessing to you to be a participant in a shallow victory because you may win but they will not. Hope this guides everyone in a better way of living and thinking. Remember to always be kind and #LiveLifePositive
