Hola…Bonjour…Zdravstvuyte…Nǐn hǎo…Guten Tag…
And last but not least hello everyone and thanks for coming through and gracing my blog with your presence. I am praying that everyone is being smart and safe during what I like to call “extended hermit mode”. I know the world is drastically changing everyday and it is so important to maintain your balance and stay centered as much as possible. Now is the time to create new and healthy habits to extend the longevity of your life. I hope that we are all in a space to raise our vibrations and see what life has for us in the most positive aspect. Just a quick reminder: if you find yourself constantly watching the news- stop and turn off the damn tv! If you are able to go for a walk alone and get some air I recommend doing it! Fresh air and clearing your head regularly is the key to maintaining your sanity. I would also recommend journaling as it helps you have a clear stream of thought and then later on you can read what you did during the pandemic and what changes you made. As I always state before any blog post- my infamous disclaimer: I am not an expert on you- that's your job! I am just here to share my experiences in hopes of helping others to expand their minds and help to heal those that need it ( we all need it to be honest!) So away we go..
In the beginning of writing this blog I decided to actually google the word “ accumulation” and of course the search results showed financials, stocks, numbers, measurements, etc. A majority that I did see focused more so on money either increasing or decreasing. As that is just a linear way of thinking I often take things and make them more adjustable to identifying with self so you or me can become better. What triggered this blog actually came from a reading that I did for a friend and the two quotes that came out was:
“Accumulating wealth, guarding it and making it grow will never wear you down; Understand that riches bring unending ruin and destruction.” -Nagarjuna
“Do not think a small virtue will not return in your future lives. Just as falling drops Of water will fill a large container, The little virtues the steadfast accumulate will completely overwhelm them.” -The Buddha
So of course my mind immediately starts thinking because you have the accumulating of money versus the accumulating of self with small victories. There is quite a distinction between the two because one is going to weigh more and not in the way you think. Which one is going to bring true happiness, balance and a greater sense of appreciation in and what life has to offer? Which is going to cause more positive elevation/vibration? Society is stuck on this notion of having more and it solely pertaining to money. When is the “enough” going to be satisfied? Is it determined by your soul or something else? If the ideal that society has set for everyone has not been working for you then congratulations you are on the right track to doing something that will benefit you greatly! The accumulation of the right things through manifestation will definitely enrich your life in a way that you never dreamed of. You will find that some will be on that quest to accumulate mass wealth and end up gaining stuff that is not healthy for one's internal wellbeing. They are essentially trying to live up to a hype that feeds their ego and depletes their soul. Forgetting or simply ignoring the fact that what you gain by accumulating priceless knowledge and those things good for your soul will make you richer than anything! Even though the tangible things are seen (material wealth) but it is the intangible (things pertaining to what your soul needs) that will fulfill you the most.
If you go back and reread that first quote, you will notice that in just a few words it brings on this feeling of over time you in that accumulation you will be depleted at the very end and not during the process. Whereas in the second quote it is giving the message that if you are accumulating the small virtues over time it will amount to a greater victory. One word but providing two different perspectives. You can begin to ponder: which one is going to best serve me? What type of mindset is being required of me? What do I value most? However, before any of those things can take place you must first have a clear path on what type of person you want to be? If you want to take it a step further- what type of energy do you want to accumulate in your life that will allow you to build and have bigger victories? That’s just a little something for you to ponder on. I highly encourage you to meditate on that for the remainder of April and see what you can manifest in May. Always continue to be good to others and as well as yourself and remember to #LiveLifePositive
